Terms of connecting and using the Frolick Telegram bot

1. General

1. These Terms govern connecting and using the Frolick Telegram bot (the "Bot"), an additional feature of the Frolick service (the "Service") provided by the operator of the Service ("we"; details on the About the operator page).
2. The Terms are a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Linking a Telegram account to a Frolick account by any of the methods in section 3, or signing in to the Service through Telegram, constitutes acceptance.
3. The Terms supplement the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy. Anything the Terms do not cover is governed by those documents.
4. The Bot runs on Telegram, a third-party platform. Use of Telegram is governed by its own terms; we do not control the availability or operation of Telegram.

2. What the Bot does

• Links a Telegram account to a Frolick account.
• Signs you in to the Service through Telegram ("Sign in with Telegram").
• Sends notifications about events in the Service: new chat and support messages, service announcements about changes to the Service.
• Lets you contact support directly from Telegram, including before an account is linked.
• Changes the Bot's language (the /language command) and unlinks the account (the /logout command).

3. Connecting

1. Linking starts from the profile settings in the Service: press "Link Telegram", follow the generated link and press "Start" in the Bot. The link carries a one-time token with a limited lifetime and can be used only once.
2. One Frolick account can be linked to one Telegram account, and vice versa.
3. Linking is free. We may in future make individual Bot features part of paid plans, announcing this in advance in the Service.
4. By connecting the Bot you confirm that the Telegram account is yours and that you are entitled to receive notifications about your Frolick account in it.

4. Data the Bot processes

• Telegram user ID, username, first and last name from the Telegram profile, language code — for linking, sign-in and addressing notifications.
• The content of messages you send to the Bot — to answer your request and forward it to support.
• Technical delivery details (time, delivery status).

5. Disconnecting

1. You can disconnect the Bot at any time: with the /logout command in the Bot, the "Unlink" button in profile settings, or by blocking the Bot in Telegram. Notifications stop after disconnecting; linking data is deleted or anonymised within the periods stated in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
2. We may unlink an account for a breach of the Terms of Service, on suspicion of unauthorised access, or when the Bot is discontinued.

6. Limitations and liability

1. The Bot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee delivery of every notification and are not liable for delays or failures caused by Telegram, telecom operators or the user's devices.
2. Bot notifications are informational. Legally significant messages (changes to documents, payments) are also sent to the email address on the account.
3. Using the Bot for spam, automated interaction that bypasses the interface, or handing access to a linked account to third parties is prohibited.

7. Changes and contacts

1. We may amend the Terms. A new version is published on this page with its version date; continued use of the Bot after publication means acceptance of the changes.
