This document describes how paid features of the Frolick service are paid for: payment methods, subscriptions, the trial period, promo codes, quotas and refunds. It forms part of the Public offer; terms have the meaning defined there and in the Terms of Service.
The provider is Ulyana V. Stepanova, self-employed, taxpayer ID 544052568288 (see About the operator).
2. Definitions
Plan — a set of paid features and limits described on the pricing page at the time of payment.
Subscription — access to a Plan for a billing period (month or year) with automatic renewal.
Quota — a numeric limit on individual features (for example, the number of AI generations or storage volume) within a Plan and period.
Trial — free access to a Plan for the period stated on the pricing page (7 days by default), where the Plan provides one.
Promo code — a code granting a discount or bonus on the conditions stated when it was issued.
3. Payment methods and providers
Payment is accepted by bank card and other methods offered by the payment provider on the checkout page. Payments from the Russian Federation are processed by YooKassa (NCO "YooMoney"); payments from other countries by Stripe.
Payment details (card number, expiry date, security code) are entered on the provider's secure pages and never reach the provider of the Service, who receives only the payment result and masked details (last card digits, card brand).
Prices are stated in roubles for YooKassa payments and in the currency shown on the pricing page for Stripe payments. The provider of the Service uses a special tax regime, so VAT is neither included nor charged. Issuing-bank fees and currency conversion are governed by your bank's terms.
A receipt is issued in the "Moy Nalog" application after each payment and sent to the email address on the account.
4. Saved payment methods
When a Subscription is set up, the payment method is stored with the payment provider as a token for subsequent automatic charges. The provider of the Service does not store full card details.
Saved payment methods can be viewed and removed in the "Billing" section of the account. Removing the only payment method while a Subscription is active means the Subscription will not renew at the end of the paid period.
The provider may run additional verification (3-D Secure and similar) and set limits on amounts and the number of transactions.
5. Subscriptions
A Subscription is paid in advance for a billing period and renews automatically for the same period at the price in force at renewal until you cancel it. We notify you by email of an upcoming price change at least 14 days before the charge.
You can cancel a Subscription at any time in the "Billing" section. Access to the Plan continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan. A cancellation can be reversed before the period ends.
Upgrading to a more expensive Plan takes effect immediately with a proration for the unused part of the period; downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.
If a charge fails, we retry over several days and notify you. If payment is still not received, the Subscription is suspended.
6. Trial
Where a Plan provides a Trial, it is granted once per account. When the Trial ends the Subscription becomes paid and is charged automatically unless you cancelled it earlier.
Starting a Trial may require attaching a payment method. You can cancel before the first charge without any payment.
7. Promo codes
A promo code is applied on the checkout page before the payment is confirmed. Its conditions (discount, validity, number of uses, Plans) are set when it is issued.
Promo codes do not stack, are not exchangeable for money and are not refunded if the Subscription is cancelled. We may void a promo code obtained in breach of its distribution rules.
8. Quotas
Plan quotas reset at the start of each billing period unless the pricing page says otherwise. Unused quota does not carry over.
We may change the composition and size of quotas for future periods, announcing this on the pricing page in advance.
9. Refunds
A consumer may withdraw from the service as provided by the Russian Consumer Protection Law, paying for services actually rendered. A refund request is submitted from the "Billing" section of the account or through support and is handled within 10 days.
The unused part of the current billing period is refundable if the Plan's paid features have not been substantially used (in particular, quotas have not been consumed). Past periods are not refunded.
If the service is improperly rendered through our fault (paid features unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours), the cost of the outage period is refunded or credited to the next period, at your choice.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within the periods set by the payment provider and the bank (usually up to 10 business days).
10. Other
Payment records are kept for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
