Consent to making personal data publicly available

1. Data subject and operator

I, a user of the Frolick service whose details are stated in my account (first and last name, if given in the profile, and the account email address), under Article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", consent to the operator — Ulyana V. Stepanova (taxpayer ID 544052568288; details on the About the operator page) — processing the personal data I allow to be made publicly available, on the terms below. For users in the EU/EEA this is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

2. How consent is given

This consent is separate from any other consent and is given by an action in the Service:

for the profile — by choosing "Everyone on the internet" or "Frolick members only" in the "Who can see your profile" profile setting;
for authorship details — by publishing a material in the community catalogue.

Silence or inaction is not consent. The value "No one" in "Who can see your profile" means no consent has been given for profile data.

3. Purpose

Presenting my profile to other users and visitors of the Service and showing my authorship next to the materials I publish.

4. Categories and list of data

Ordinary personal data (neither special categories nor biometric), limited to what I have entered in my profile:

username;
first and last name;
picture (avatar);
profile description;
country;
date of registration in the Service;
the list of materials I have published.

Details I have not entered in my profile are not made public. The author's username and avatar are shown next to a published material.

5. Where the data is shown

The data is shown on the profile page in the app.frolick.ru application, on the community catalogue and published material pages, and in materials embedded on other websites using the Service.

6. Conditions and restrictions

With "Everyone on the internet", the data is available to anyone, including search engines. With "Frolick members only", it is available only to users signed in to the Service and is not provided to search engines.
The operator does not pass this data to third parties other than by giving access to the Service's pages.
I may prohibit the transfer (other than giving access) of the data to the public and set prohibitions and conditions on its processing by the public by sending them to support@frolick.ru. The operator publishes my prohibitions and conditions within three business days of receiving them.

7. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until withdrawn or until the account is deleted.
You can stop your data being public at any time: choose "No one" in "Who can see your profile", remove details from the profile, unpublish a material, or send a request to support@frolick.ru stating your name, the account email address and the data that should no longer be public. The consent ends when the operator receives the request, and the operator stops making the data public.
The operator does not control copies of pages saved by search engines and others before the data stopped being public.
