Terms of connecting and using the Frolick Telegram bot

1. General

1. These Terms govern connecting and using the Frolick Telegram bot (the "Bot"), an additional feature of the Frolick service (the "Service") provided by the operator of the Service ("we"; details on the About the operator page).
2. The Terms are a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Linking a Telegram account to a Frolick account as described in section 3, or signing in to the Service through Telegram, constitutes acceptance.
3. The Terms supplement the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy. Anything the Terms do not cover is governed by those documents.
4. The Bot runs on Telegram, a platform provided by a foreign company. Use of Telegram is governed by its own terms and privacy policy; we do not control the availability or operation of Telegram.

2. What the Bot does

• Links a Telegram account to a Frolick account.
• Notifies you about new messages in the Service's chats, including replies from support. A notification contains the beginning of the message (up to 100 characters) and a link to the chat.
• Lets you choose the language of the Bot's messages (the /language command) and unlink the account (the /logout command). /start and /help show help.

3. Connecting

1. Linking starts from the profile settings in the Service: press "Link account", follow the generated link to Telegram and press "Start" in the Bot. The link carries a one-time token with a limited lifetime.
2. One Frolick account can be linked to one Telegram account, and vice versa.
3. Linking is free. We may in future make individual Bot features part of paid plans, announcing this in advance in the Service.
4. By connecting the Bot you confirm that the Telegram account is yours and that you are entitled to receive notifications about your Frolick account in it.

4. What data is processed

• When linking through the Bot — your Telegram user ID and the language you chose for the Bot's messages (Russian or English). They are needed to address notifications.
• When signing in with Telegram — your ID, first and last name, username and a link to your Telegram profile photo. The name and photo fill in your Frolick profile and the username is used to suggest a Frolick username; you can change all of these in your profile.
• The text of a notification (the beginning of a chat message) is passed to Telegram to deliver it to you.

5. Disconnecting

1. You can disconnect the Bot at any time with the /logout command in the Bot or the "Unlink" button in profile settings. After unlinking, the Telegram ID is removed from your account and notifications stop. If you only block the Bot in Telegram, notifications will no longer be delivered, but the link remains until you unlink.
2. We may unlink an account for a breach of the Terms of Service, on suspicion of unauthorised access, or when the Bot is discontinued.

6. Limitations and liability

1. The Bot is a free auxiliary feature. We do not guarantee delivery of every notification and are not liable for delays or failures caused by Telegram, telecom operators or the user's devices. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
2. Bot notifications are informational. Legally significant messages (changes to documents, payments) are sent to the email address on the account or in the Service.
3. Using the Bot for spam or automated interaction that bypasses the interface, or handing access to a linked account to third parties, is prohibited.

7. Changes and contacts

1. We may amend the Terms. A new version is published on this page with its version date at least 10 days before it takes effect, except for changes required by law. If you do not agree with a new version, unlink the Bot; continued use of the Bot after the version takes effect means acceptance.
