Public offer (paid services)

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer under applicable law (including Chapter 37 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation where it applies) to enter into a paid services agreement. The contractor (Исполнитель) is self-employed Ulyana Vladimirovna Stepanova, INN (TIN) 544052568288. OGRN/OGRNIP does not apply to this self-employment status. 2. Subject

The Operator provides access to paid features of the Frolick Service (such as subscription plans or one-time purchases) as described on the pricing/checkout pages at the time of payment.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance is made by completing payment through the offered payment flow. From that moment, the parties are deemed to have concluded the agreement on the terms of this offer.

4. Price and payment

The price, currency, taxes, and billing period are shown before payment. The Operator may change future prices for new purchases; ongoing subscriptions are governed by the terms shown at purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Provision of access

Paid access is granted after successful payment confirmation by the payment provider, subject to technical availability.

6. Rights and obligations

The User shall:

Provide accurate billing and account information
Use paid features only within permitted scope
Not circumvent payment or access controls
Comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Keep credentials secure

7. Refunds and withdrawal

Refund and consumer withdrawal rules depend on applicable law and the nature of the digital service. Where the Russian Law on Consumer Protection applies, statutory rights are preserved. Specific refund windows, if any, are published at checkout or in account settings.

8. Limitation of liability for paid features

Except where mandatory law states otherwise, liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Paid status does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Term and termination

Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected until cancelled. The Operator may suspend paid access for breach of terms or non-payment.
